The Facilitation of Technical Specialism's
The facilitations of technical specialism's embrases the following sections.
Safety
An ever present realisation of the consequences of unsafe practices saves lives, time, lost production and money. Our auditors will undertake reviews of current practice and report dangerous or potentially dangerous practices and/or systems, together with suggesting solutions to any weaknesses found within your safety regime.
Quality
Control and Specialism is a speciality
Quality is a much abused term which simply defined means fitness for purpose. Our quality experts will enable your graduate staff to fast track to Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) – formerly Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) – membership by means of on-premises workshops and distance learning packages. We are also able to undertake internal quality audits of organisations.
Six Sigma
A quality control system developed in the 1980s by Motorola. It aimed to improve quality levels in manufacturing, enabling defect rates to fall below 3.4 parts per billion. It has subsequently evolved and finds application in a range of manufacturing activities in large multinational companies and in SMEs. Our consultants provide training and support which will ultimately deliver increased efficiencies.
Accreditation
In-house accreditation of Edexcel programmes including NVQ – organisations and companies wishing to establish themselves as providers of Edexcel qualifications may become registered centres enabling the provision of the whole range of Edexcel qualifications and NVQs. We negotiate directly with Edexcel on your behalf thus minimising the time taken to gain registered centre status.
